Stela is on a mission to humanize the workplace. She does it in several ways:
At the macro/cross-industries: She works with the Conference Board’s Fortune 500 corporations-members and help them rethink their workplace and workforce strategies through research and facilitated conversations so they can prepare for what’s ahead.
With the organizational leadership: She leads Reframe.Work Inc. and consults on how to create inclusive workplaces through the use of technology, human-centered design, people analytics, and future-thinking.
At the individual level: She’s founded amazing.community – a nonprofit extending the work horizon for women 50+. Our sweet spot is age+gender+technology and our solutions are focused on helping women prepare for the workplace of the future, and for organizations to create inclusive environments for them.
At the professional development level: She is an adjunct at NYU School of Professional Studies teaching Digital Workplace Design (part of Human Capital Analytics and Technology Master’s program)
At the network level: She is the co-founder of the Strategic HR Analytics Meet-up that over the past five years has been bringing together over 1,700 members in the NYC area to shape their thinking about people analytics.
Previously she transformed the workplace at the intersection of technology, analytics, and HR at Fidelity Investments, TIAA, IBM, Price Waterhouse, and PwC Consulting and their clients. She’s been recognized as one of the Top 100 HR Influencers by Engagedly, the top 40 global Influencers in HR Tech by Digital HR Tech, and I am the judge for MIT’s Inclusive Innovation Challenge. She hold a diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science, speak English, Romanian and Russian, has a patent-pending for a social sentiment analysis tool, and she’s a sought-after speaker on the topics of People Analytics and the Future of Work.
