Deb is an enthusiastic leader, coach and learning professional who believes everyone has the potential to grow and develop, given the right environment. She is devoted to leading people with empathy and motivating them to flourish in their careers.
Born in Argentina and growing up in Australia, Deb adapted to change early. Thriving in studies at UTS and University Sydney she earned not one, but two Master’s Degrees. Today, she continues her lifelong passion for learning at every opportunity.
Beginning her journey in learning and development in 2003, she designed learning programs, initiatives and morale-boosting strategies to increase team capabilities and drive business forward. Her career has advanced across corporations and start-ups in education, healthcare and entertainment, contributing to her depth of expertise across a spectrum of learning cultures.
At Netflix, Deb cultivated a learning culture and built the EMEA regional learning team, while supporting inclusion and diversity projects. She was co-author and faculty at AIHR Academy, in the Learning & Development Certificate Program and a proud member of the launch team for ING’s Inclusive Leadership Journey (ILJ), an award winning development program for ING’s top 50 women globally.
In her current L&D role at a fast growing pre-IPO cyber security organization, she is working on strategies for building a culture of learning that will not only help scale the business but also make it a great place to work!
Outside of the office, she’s obsessed with learning everything she can get her hands on from speaking Dutch to kettle bell training as an instructor.
